In-line sealing, with no actuation for each package
On continuous sealers, the package is carried by a conveyor and sealed while moving, with no pedal or manual actuation for each unit. The result is a consistent seal on higher-volume lines, from food packages to animal feed bags.

Prime Sealer
Continuous, in stainless steel
Automates closing with no manual or pedal actuation. The lower conveyor adjusts in height and width for packages of different sizes and weights, and the contents, solid or liquid, do not affect the seal. The continuous cutter trims off the excess packaging.

High capacity for bags
Designed for thick packages and feed bags, it works at high temperature and speed. The two temperature controllers and sensor-monitored sealing reduce Teflon consumption, and the exclusive tensioner keeps the Teflon belt at the right tension. In the pet food industry, it is the model we recommend for feed bags.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the Prime Sealer and the MHS1200?
The Prime Sealer handles plastic packages in general, at up to 18 m/min. The MHS1200 was designed for thick packages and bags, with a higher temperature and speeds up to 25 m/min.
Can the continuous sealer seal packages with liquid inside?
Yes. On the Prime Sealer, the package contents, solid or liquid, do not affect the seal.
How much space does the package need above the product?
On the Prime Sealer, 35 mm must be clear for the seal, and the excess above the seal can be up to 150 mm, which the continuous cutter removes.
What is the difference between a continuous sealer and a jaw-type sealer?
On a continuous sealer, the package is sealed while moving, with no actuation for each unit. On a jaw-type sealer, the package is positioned and the sealing bar closes once per cycle. See the jaw-type sealers.
