TECMAES supplies BOPP film adhesive tapes with synthetic rubber hot melt adhesive, in plain, striped and custom printed versions. The adhesive provides high initial tack and high final cohesion and is compatible with most surfaces, including in the food sector. The 12 and 16 mm tapes are used in Jetfix tape sealers, and the 48 mm tapes in carton sealers.

Adhesive tape lines
Plain tape
White or clear, 45 or 63 µm, for closing boxes, bags and packages.
Custom printed tape
Printed in up to 3 colors with your brand or dates. The backing is treated to ensure print quality and tape strength during and after application. White or clear, 45 or 63 µm.
Striped tape
Clear with a blue, red or green stripe, 12 mm x 80 m. Allows visual identification of packages by color.

Equipment that uses TECMAES tapes
Jetfix tape sealers
Tape width depends on the model: the Jetfix Standard 5012 uses 12 mm tape and the 5016 uses 16 mm tape. In both, each closure uses about 50 mm of tape.
Carton sealers
They use tapes from 36 to 60 mm wide, depending on the model, such as the MQ478 semi-automatic carton sealer. TECMAES supplies 48 mm tape, white or clear, in 100 m, 1,000 m or 1,200 m rolls.
Paper tapes
For closing boxes with paper tape, TECMAES also supplies gummed tape and crepe tape, both printed with your brand in up to 3 colors.
Gummed tape
60 g/m² paper with 2XL reinforcement, fully recyclable, for boxes of different sizes and weights. Plain or with your logo in up to 3 colors.
Crepe tape
58 g/m² tan paper with natural rubber adhesive. Immediately shows any tampering with the package and accepts printing in up to 3 colors.

What is the difference between plain and custom printed tape?
Plain tape is supplied unprinted, white or clear. Custom printed tape has a treated backing for printing in up to 3 colors, with your brand or dates, and keeps its strength during and after application.
Which tape should I use in the Jetfix sealer?
The width depends on the model: the Jetfix Standard 5012 uses 12 mm tape and the 5016 uses 16 mm tape. In both, each closure uses about 50 mm of tape. White 12 and 16 mm tapes are supplied in 120 m rolls, 45 or 63 µm thick.
