Applicator with its own conveyor
Complete unit with conveyor, sensors and head. The conveyor keeps the product at a constant speed and in the right position for application.

The TM50 suits applications where a variation of up to 5 mm does not affect the process, such as identification labels on boxes and bulk bags. To align the label with printed artwork or to apply tamper seals, go with the servo models. All of them run on 220 V, 60 Hz, meet NBR 5410 and NR-12, and their dimensions can be adapted to the line layout.

Frequently asked questions
What is the application accuracy?
Up to 1 mm on the servo models, TM100 and TM400. The TM50, with a gearmotor, works with accuracy up to 5 mm.
How fast is the applicator?
Standard versions run at up to 25 m/min. For higher rates, check with the TECMAES engineering team.
Does the pedestal adapt to the height of my conveyor?
Yes. For top application, the boom adjusts from 250 to 1,400 mm in height and from 180 to 500 mm in distance. For side application, from 520 to 1,780 mm in height and from 380 to 709 mm in distance.
Does the applicator work with clear labels?
Yes, with an ultrasonic sensor. Opaque labels use an optical sensor, and labels with no gap between them use a photoelectric sensor.
What is the difference between the applicator and the Print Apply?
The applicator applies the label with a boom, using a roller or brush, on products moving along the conveyor. The Print Apply prints and applies with a pneumatic piston, using compressed air.
Can TECMAES adapt the applicator to non-standard packages?
Yes. Application surface, boom, sensors, conveyor, accessories and dimensions are defined according to the product and the line layout.
