heat sealers

TECMAES designs custom heat sealers when a standard model does not fit the package size, the material or the production pace. Actuation can be continuous, automatic, two-hand or pedal, and the sealing bar goes up to 1,000 mm. See two examples below.

Custom two-hand model

FR1000 heat sealer

1,000 mm sealing bar for wide packages, with two-hand actuation: sealing only happens with both of the operator’s hands on the controls, away from the bar.

  • Compliant with NR-12 and ABNT NBR 5410.
  • 1,000 mm sealing bar at up to 250 °C.
  • Built in AISI 304 stainless steel.

IP65 protection rating, for areas washed down with water jets.

Remote actuation

FR700 heat sealer

The FR700 with remote actuation works with a light curtain in the sealing area. If the operator’s hand enters the curtain’s field, the sealer does not actuate.

  • Compliant with NR-12 and ABNT NBR 5410.
  • 680 mm sealing bar at up to 250 °C.
  • IP65 protection rating

The optical safety system is mounted on the sealing area and protects the operator on every cycle.
